A perusal of the facts would indicate that the petitioner has not been able to satisfy the Court as to how the petitioner has locus to maintain the instant petition. The petitioner appears to be an NGO and the action in question which has been sought to be challenged relates to the demolition of property being 1/5634, Gali No.11, Khasra No.181/20, Balbir Nagar Extn, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. 3.

At the instance of the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition; the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
