The petitioner is seeking the issuance of an appropriate writ, direction or order against the respondent/DDA inter-alia seeking a direction that the appeal filed by him on 17.11.2021 before the Appellate Authority be decided and disposed of, as he apprehends an imminent threat of forcible eviction from the site in question, whereat he claims to have been residing alongwith his family members. 2.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/DDA is present on advance notice.

It is submitted that the Annexure-P10 filed by the petitioner indicates that an appeal has been filed, however, the same is wrongly addressed and it is also pointed out that the kind of receipts, as annexed, are not usually issued by the respondent/DDA, upon acknowledging representations of such nature. 4.
Having heard learned counsels for the parties, let the present writ petition be treated as a fresh representation on behalf of the petitioner, which be considered alongwith the pending appeal before the Competent Authority, if any, filed by the petitioner.
