The present application has been filed seeking following relief: "A. further delay, in terms of para 7 of the order dated 24.07.2025;
B. Direct the Respondent No. 2/DDA to immediately and completely clear all debris from the site, in strict compliance with para 8 of the said order;

Consider issuing such further and consequential directions, including but not limited to summoning the responsible officers in person from TPDDL and DDA, as may be necessary to secure compliance;"

Ms. Kritika Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of DDA urges the Court that matter be kept on 19.08.2025 by which time, the DDA and the TPDDL will try to resolve and expedite the pending issues. 5.
