The present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent No.1/Union Bank of India and respondent No.2/ Bank of India to stay/ cancel the auction proceedings of property bearing Plot No. 4-C, Institutional Area, Near G.D.Goenka School, North Extension, Model Town-III, New Delhi-110009.

This Court is of the view that the remedy available to the petitioner is under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
