% 28.03.2016 The present petition came up for hearing on 16th February, 2016 when it was adjourned for today i.e. 28th March, 2016. Then on the request of counsel for the petitioner, the date was preponed to 24th February, 2016.
On 24th February, 2016, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred. The matter was adjourned for today on that date. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the present petition.
