% 12.02.2016 Crl.M.A. No.2610/2016 (for exemption) Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

CRL.M.C. No. 626/2016 1.

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek extension of time for depositing the fine amount imposed upon the petitioners vide judgment dated 27.11.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.201/2000 by the Division Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that fine amount shall be paid by the petitioners before the Trial Court on 15.02.2016, i.e., the date fixed by the Trial Court for appearance of all the petitioners and their sureties.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the permission is granted to the petitioners to deposit the fine amount on 15.02.2016 before the learned Trial Court, failing which the Trial Court is at liberty to recover the said fine in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. SURESH KAIT, J.
