In terms of the order passed by this Court on 21st November, 2024, counsel for the plaintiff has returned with instructions that in view of the judgments of Division Bench of this Court in Google LLC v. DRS Logistics (2023) SCC OnLine Del 4809 and Google LLC v. MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Ors. 2023 SCC OnLine Del 7965 and the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited v. Google LLC and Ors. 2024 SCC OnLine SC 266, the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the present suit.
