This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/respondent No.1 in a matter that was decided and disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 23.07.2024, whereby the respondent No.1/IDBI Bank had been directed to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and take a decision thereupon by passing a reasoned order within 21 days thereof. 2.
By the present application, learned counsel for the State Bank of India /respondent No.2 is present on advance notice. However, the SBI has no role to play in the present matter. 3.
None appeared on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner, despite sending advance notice.

In a nutshell, the applicant bank requests for four weeks‟ time to consider the representation and pass appropriate reasoned orders. 5.
Let the appropriate decision be made by the respondent No.1/IDBI Bank within four weeks from today.

Till then, in terms of the previous judgment dated 23.07.2024, no adverse consequences shall follow from the impugned Show Cause Notice dated 07.02.2024 followed by the order dated 05.07.2024. 7.
The application stands disposed of.

However, learned counsel for the respondent/IDBI Bank is directed to ensure that a copy of this Order is sent to the petitioner for information.
