Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with a Board Resolution in favour of Authorised Representative of Plaintiffs and General Power of Attorney executed by the legal heirs of the deceased Defendant in favour of Mr. Jaiwant Bery, signatory to the Settlement Agreement.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in appearance above, confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 3.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. As per the terms agreed upon, Plaintiff No. 2 has tendered in Court Cheques No. 000843, 000844 and 000845, all dated 29th January, 2024, amounting to Rs. 15 lakhs, to Mr. Sudeep Chatterjee, counsel, who accepts the same on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased Defendant. The balance payment is assured to be made in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiffs, and against the Defendant in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 5.
