Joint Registrar has noted in the order dated 10th July 2023 that the court notice issued to Appellant has been returned unserved, with a remark, "no one found at the given address." The Joint Registrar also notes that Counsel for Appellant was earlier served on 17th November, 2022 but no appearance has been entered. There is no alternate address available on record. All possible efforts to intimate the Appellant and their counsel have not resulted in appearance on their behalf.

In the light of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
