O R D E R

% 07.02.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 29th February, 2016.

Petitioner nos. 2 to 6 are relatives of petitioner no.1. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Mohd. Faizan Gahni of police station Gazipur.

Respondent no.2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has already received the entire settled amount.

She further submits that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 842/2014 under Sections 498-A/313/34 IPC registered at police station Gazipur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
