The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the summons u/s 50 of the PML Act in ECIR/04/HQ/2018 dated 09.10.2019 issued to the petitioner by the respondent; and b)Alternatively, and without prejudice to the aforesaid reliefs claimed, the petitioner may be permitted the assistance of a lawyer/auditor during the course of her investigation by the respondent; and c) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
