The present application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayer: "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
(a) Grant Interim Bail for 90 days (Three Months) in Sessions Case No. 87/2025 arising out of F.I.R No. 0368/2024, dated 13.09.2024, Police Station- Greater Kailash, Delhi, under section- 103 (1)/ 3 (5) of BNS, 2023 and 25/27 Arms Act, in First Interim Bail Application.
(b) Pass any other relief/ reliefs in favour of the Petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the interest of justice."
