O R D E R

The present application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 195/2025 dated 02.04.2025 for offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Greater Kailash.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the applicant was not arrested during the course of investigation and the chargesheet has since been filed. 3.

He submits that the apprehension that he would be sent to custody is without any merits.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and give a bail bond before the learned Trial Court as and when directed.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
