O R D E R

% 11.04.2017 The learned counsel for the parties have no objection to the court appointing a sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes. Accordingly, this Court appoints Justice Sudhir Kumar Katriar, a former High Court Judge, (Mobile No. 8527937916) as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre. The fee of the learned arbitrator shall be in terms of the schedule of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

The sole arbitrator would first give a disclosure in terms of Section 11

(8) read with Section 12 (2) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and then would enter the reference.

In case the disclosure is not made in accordance with Sections 11 (8) and 12 (1), it would be open to the parties to approach this court for necessary directions. The parties shall meet the sole arbitrator on 26.04.2017 at 3:00 p.m. in

the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

The petition is disposed of.
