Further to the order dated 14.05.2025, Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel for the University of Delhi ["University"], submits that the University has addressed a communication dated 11.08.2023 to the petitioner, seeking certain documents pertaining to the status of the petitioner's elder sister, Ms. Vimla. He submits that these documents are required to ascertain whether the petitioner is entitled to receive the entire amount of family pension payable on account of the service of her late father.

Mr. Kumar Utkarsh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the documents have already been furnished. However, he will also provide a copy of the same to Mr. Rupal within two days from today. Mr. Rupal is requested to ensure that the University processes the petitioner's case expeditiously and takes an appropriate decision regarding the release of the amount due, to Ms. Vimla and/or the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

If the amount is to be released to the petitioner, the same be done within the said period. In case there is any impediment to the release of the amount in favour of the petitioner, the University shall communicate its decision to her within the same period.
