First Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') read with Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Rajbiri against the Order dated 03.07.2025 of learned ASJ (FTSC) RC-01, West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 426/2025 under Section 80/85/316(2(/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Ranhola. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 3.

The Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy, in accordance with law.
