The present petition is filed seeking parole on the ground that the brother of the petitioner is suffering from Tuberculosis. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the family of the brother consists of his wife and minor children. He submits that the petitioner has already spent more than eleven years in custody and is entitled to grant of parole. 5.

He submits that the application seeking parole was filed on 27.05.2024, however, no reply has been received till date. 6.

very fairly submits that the pending application of the applicant would be decided within a period of two weeks. 7.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for compliance.
