By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "A. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ/writs and pass directions to the Respondent No 2 to provide protection to the Petitioner, from respondent No 3 to 5 and restrain Respondent No. 3 to 5 from applying force upon Petitioner." 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that during the enquiry proceedings, it was found that loan transactions exist between the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 5.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5 submits that the said respondents have also initiated proceedings under Section 138 NI Act for dishonour of the cheque given by the petitioner.
