O R D E R

Mr. Bheem Singh (Defendant No.2) and Chairman of Defendant No.1 School present in Court along with his counsel undertakes not to use the word 'Delhi' as a part of the school name. He further undertakes that he will change the name of the school within eight weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.

In view of the undertaking given by Mr.Bheem Singh, the plaintiff does not press the suit. The suit and pending applications are disposed of in terms of the undertaking given by Mr. Bheem Singh. The defendants shall remain bound by the undertaking.

Learned counsel for the defendants submits that the School shall apply for the change of the name of the school to the competent authority within ten days from today.

The concerned authorities are directed to permit the change of the

name of the defendants' School in terms of this undertaking within four weeks of the application being made by the defendants. 5.

The defendants shall file an affidavit to place on record the changed name of the School within eight weeks from today. 6.

Mr. Bheem Singh shall sign the order sheet before leaving this Court. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
