O R D E R

The Investigating Officer is present in Court and informs that the demand draft for a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- in the name of the two daughters of the deceased has not yet been handed over to the concerned SHO.

This Court vide order dated 16.12.2024 had quashed the FIR No. 326/2021 and the proceedings emanating therefrom subject to handing over a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- in the name of the daughters of the deceased. The order was conditional and the condition has not been fulfilled. Therefore, the said FIR cannot be treated as quashed in absence of the compliance of the condition.

The State is at liberty to take necessary action. 4.

In view of the above, the order dated 16.12.2024 is recalled and the proceedings in the FIR No. 326/2021 are revived.

No further orders are required to be passed.
