Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of the Karol Bagh area had held a meeting on 01.11.2019, but nothing concrete materialized on the said date. He confirms the fact that the three petitioners in the present petition, i.e. the petitioners No.1, 3 and 5, are members of the said TVC.

As the TVC of the area in question is functioning, we decline to entertain the present petition. The petitioners shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application alongwith the supporting documents before the TVC of the area in question for seeking the reliefs sought in this petition, which W.P.(C) 10979/2019

shall then be considered and decided by the TVC in accordance with law, as expeditiously as is possible.

The petition is disposed of.
