Mr. R.K. Shrivastav, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the BAIL APPLN. 2468/2025, presently listed for 03.11.2025. It is submitted that material witnesses have already been examined and have not supported the prosecution case, and therefore, applicant wishes to withdraw the bail application and file the same before the trial Court.
