A perusal of the order sheets would show that no one has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner for various dates. 2.

On 04th March, 2024, the Joint Registrar recorded that the petitioner as well as counsel has been served. Court notice was also issued to the registered Trademark-agent. However, there is no detail of registered Trademark -agent on record. It has already been recorded that all the necessary means to procure the presence of the petitioner have been exhausted. 3.

This matter has been pending before this Court since January, 2022. 4.

In view of the same, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
