The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 18th February, 2025 in W.P. (C) No.17773/2024. The operative directions contained in the said order are set out below:- "6.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed. The respondents are directed to pass appeal effect orders forthwith and to process the claim for refund expeditiously.

We further direct the respondents to attend to prayer (ii) of the petition and consider the issue of release of refunds along with interest for the period April 2022 to March 2023. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that against the appellate orders dated 10th August 2024 and 4th October 2024, which were to be given effect by the aforesaid order dated 18th February 2025, the respondent has filed a writ petition being W.P. (C) No.10189/2025, in which notice has been issued.

In view of the aforesaid developments, counsel for the petitioner does not press this contempt petition with liberty to invoke appropriate remedy in law at an appropriate stage.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
