% 23.03.2016 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the decision dated 26th March, 2015 taken by the respondent whereby the petitioner‟s request for up-gradation of PCO booth was rejected. Petitioner also seeks a direction to the respondent to reconsider the new representation of the petitioner dated 08th January, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that impugned decision does not contain any reason. He further states that no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner.

Consequently, the present writ petition and pending applications are disposed of with a direction to the Administrative Officer (Estate) to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a fresh reasoned order in accordance with the order dated 13th February, 2015 passed in WP(C) 1419/2015.
