By the present petition, the petitioner prays as under : A. Initiate contempt proceedings by issuance of Show-Cause Notice against Respondents under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts of Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and defiance of the Order dated 26/08/2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(Crl.) No. 1548/ 2022 titled as "Laxmi Devi (Senior Citizen) V/S SHO PS Subhash Place & Ors."; and B. Punish Respondents under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts of Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and defiance of Order dated 26/08/2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(Crl.) Considering the relationship between the parties, this Court does not consider it apposite to continue with the proceedings in the present case.
