This is an application filed by the appellant seeking withdrawal of the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the matter stands amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, the appellant does not wish to press the appeal any further.

In the light of the aforesaid and having perused the Settlement Agreement dated 20.09.2024 which has been placed on record alongwith the application, the application is allowed and the appeal is, as prayed for, disposed of as not pressed.
