An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, wherein, it has been stated that pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in ARB.P.1159/2022 and the order dated 13.10.2025 passed in these proceedings, the respondents have considered the petitioner's final bill and conveyed their decision. A copy of communication dated 05.02.2026 addressed to the petitioner in this regard has been enclosed along with the said affidavit.

In the circumstances, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
