Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that file has to be sent to District North West, Rohini Courts. Learned counsel further submits that connected suit CS (OS) 40/2011 has already been transferred to District North West and it is now listed before learned Transferee Court on 08.09.2016. Suit file be sent to the court of learned District Judge, North West, Rohini Courts.

Parties are directed to appear before learned District Judge, North West District, Rohini Court on 15th September, 2016. Parties may request learned District Judge, North West to assign the matter to the court of same learned ADJ to whom CS (OS) 40/2011 has been assigned.
