Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement').

It is submitted that money has been paid by the judgment debtors to the decree holder in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 3.

Accordingly, the present execution petition stands satisfied. 4.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

In view of the above, the interim directions passed by this Court on 30th September, 2024 and 18th July, 2025 stand vacated. 6.
