The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file an appropriate application seeking interim bail on the ground that one of the daughters of the applicant is suffering from serious ailments and the applicant is also hospitalised while in custody. He also seeks liberty to file an application for regular bail after the material witnesses are examined.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
