By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the following prayer:- "(a) issue direction to investigating officer (I.O.) for conducting the impartial and fair investigation by way of allowing the petitioner to join the investigation conducting by the 1.0. as per issued notice u/s 41(A) of Cr.P.C. in present case bearing FIR No.296/22, u/s 419/420/468/471/120B IPC & 66C/66D IT Act with P.S. Special Cell"

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of the order dated 13.10.2023, the petitioner has joined investigation. 3.

Learned APP for the State, however, contested the same and states that the applicant is not cooperating.
