The claimant and competent officer of the appellants as well as respondent No.2 shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing. The appellant as well as respondent No.2 shall bring the record relating to the payment voluntarily made by them to the claimants after the accident.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant does not have any record of payment. Let an affidavit giving the particulars of the payment made by the appellant be produced before this Court on the next date of hearing.
