% 27.02.2020 I.A. 1159/2020 This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the respondent concedes to the fact that the interse dispute between the parties need to be adjudicated by appointing an Arbitrator. Learned counsel for both the parties have suggested the name of Justice A. K. Sikri, a retired Judge of the Supreme Court to be appointed as an Arbitrator.

Noting the submission, this Court appoints Justice A. K. Sikri as Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Learned counsel for the parties state that procedure to be followed shall be decided by the learned Arbitrator in consultation with the parties.

The petition is disposed of.
