The present writ petition seeks following reliefs: "Quash the F.I.R. No. 506/2020 u/s 376 I.P.C. registered at P.S. Adarsh Nagar, chargesheet and consequential proceedings in the case titled "State versus Tushar Jain" registered as S.C. No. 605/2021 pending in the Court of Shri Viplav Dabas, Ld. ASJ, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi. No Such pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper, in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice."

However, Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that under the impugned FIR, the Petitioner has already been acquitted vide judgment dated 24th October, 2024. The certified copy of the said judgment has been handed over across the board and is taken on record. 3.

In light of the foregoing, since the trial has concluded and the Petitioner has been acquitted, the present petition is rendered infructuous. 4.
