% 16.08.2017 This matter is taken up today as 14.08.2017 was declared a holiday. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes on behalf of his clients that the petitioners shall abide by settlement dated 16.08.2016 and in any case, even if there is some default, the entire payment shall be made by 30.09.2017 in terms of the settlement.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of binding the petitioners to the said settlement.
