The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to take legal action pursuant to the complaints filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner, essentially, seeks that directions be issued for registration of an FIR in respect of her complaints, which are annexed as Annexure P-11, P-14, P-16, P-17 and P-23 to the present petition. This Court does not consider it apposite to entertain this plea, as the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy under Section 156(3) of the CrPC. 3.
The present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies.
