Learned counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection of territorial jurisdiction as the school is situated in Uttar Pradesh and relies upon the decision of this Court in Sugan Singh v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. in W.P.(C) 3013/2017 decided on 10.04.2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the objection raised is not pressing this petition with liberty to avail remedy before the appropriate forum including approaching the High Court.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. Pending application stands disposed of.
