% 12.09.2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 889/2017 under Sections 354/354(A)/354(B)/509/323/379/356/34 IPC registered at P.S. Bindapur on the complaint of respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2, who is present in Court and is identified by the learned counsel, states that she is not inclined to settle the matter with the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No. 2 is connected with Shri Varun Hanspal, being the paying guest of mother of Shri Varun Hanspal, and it is on the assurance of Shri Varun Hanspal that W.P.(CRL) 446/2018

the respondent No. 2 would agree to a settlement that the entire settlement vide the Memorandum of Understanding dated 13.12.2017 was entered into. He states that since respondent No. 2 is now not agreeable to the settlement, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when a holistic settlement is arrived at between the parties. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
