This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents for rectification of the land measuring 1 Bigha 4 Biswa out of Khasra No.21/25 situated in the revenues estate of Village Nangli Poona, Delhi. 2.

The grievance raised in the petition is that the application submitted for rectification of the land records on 15.11.2022 has not been dealt with till date.

It is an undisputed fact that the land in question has been urbanized. The issue that after urbanization of the land, which authority has to carry out demarcation is sub-judice before a Larger Bench of this Court. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of at this stage with the direction that the respondents shall immediately decide the application for rectification of the land records after the decision of the Larger Bench and if so required would The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. transfer the application to the competent authority. 5.

In case of an inordinate delay, the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
