Crl.M.A. 2636/2016 (Exemption from personal attendance) Counsel for the petitioner does not press the present application. Application is disposed of accordingly. Crl.M.C. 639/2016 It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that in the present case FIR No.402/2007, Police Station Paschim Vihar was registered and charge was framed on 05.03.2010 and the trial is still

pending.

It has further been submitted that the arguments in the present case were partly heard and then the learned Trial Judge transferred and now it is pending before the Trial Court for 05.03.2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice the purpose of the petition if the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with the observations that the Trial Court shall make endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously.
