Our attention has been drawn to an order dated 13.05.2025 passed by this Court in LPA 302/2025, which was allowed and whereby the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by learned Contempt Judge was set aside. 6.

appeal as well. Accordingly, the instant appeal also stands disposed of in terms of our order dated 13.05.2025 passed in LPA 302/2025. 7.

The respondent, who appears in person, has stated that the proceedings pending before the learned Contempt Judge may be ordered to be expedited for the reason that in terms of the liberty granted vide order dated 13.05.2025, no application has been moved by the appellants seeking clarification or modification of the order dated 20.03.2024.

We thus, request the learned Contempt Judge to expedite the proceedings of Contempt Petition No.1188/2024 and to dispose of the same as early as possible.

The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
