The learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions, points out that the complaint was given by the petitioner with regard to matrimonial acrimony and the parties have since settled their disputes. 4.
It appears that having settled the disputes, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition. 5.
