Both the applications are filed, seeking compliance of the orders disposing of the writ petitions.

The petitioner appearing in person states that inspite of long time having elapsed, the orders have not been complied with. The petitioner appearing in person states that besides the oral request, he has made two written representations for compliance of the orders. 3.
We have informed the petitioner appearing in person, that for noncompliance, the remedy is in contempt jurisdiction and which is not in the W.P.(C) 2207/2016 & W.P.(C) 2210/2016 DigitallySigned By:MEENAKSHI PANT 16:13:04

However we have enquired from the counsels for the respondents, the reason why the orders are not being complied with. 5.
The counsel for the respondents in W.P.(C) No.2207/2016 states that a review petition has been filed and is to be got listed. 6.
It is deemed appropriate to hold over these applications till the consideration of review stated to have been filed in W.P.(C) No.2207/2016. 7.
List on 26th April, 2021.

The review petition be got listed either on the same date or before that date.
