Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal as the parties have amicably settled their dispute in terms of the Settlement agreement dated 21.11.2025 arrived at between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2025.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of as withdrawn in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2025. The said Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2025 shall form part of the Decree.
