% 29.02.2016 The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.1039/2015, under Sections 354/509/506/34 IPC, Police Station Mandawali.
During the course of arguments, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State on the instructions of the Investigating Officer has submitted that the petitioner is required for the purpose of investigation and not for the purpose of arrest. In the facts and circumstances, it is hereby ordered that in the
event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on furnishing the personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
The petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required. He is directed not to tamper with the evidence and not to influence the prosecution witnesses. He is further directed not to leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned.
The present bail application as well as Crl.M.B. 286/2016 are disposed of accordingly.
