Allow the present Petition and initiate The appropriate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Respondent for willfully disobeying the direction passed vide order dated 06.02.2024 passed by the Delhi Mediation Centre presided by the Mediator smt.Neelam Rani in Mediation Case No. L-501 held for the original case No. 74112022 in the matter of Kiran versus Gaurav & ORS."

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Jagdev Singh, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has been settled. 4.
