Petitioner has approached this Court seeking regular bail in FIR No.264/2024, dated 28.06.2024, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, for offences under Sections 392/394/397/34 IPC.

When this Court gave a suggestion that since the FIR was registered only on 28.06.2024 and the offence against the Petitioner is one of robbery and the investigation is at a nascent stage, it would be better for the Petitioner to approach this Court at a later stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application at a later stage. Petitioner also states that there is a plea of alibi in favour of the Petitioner. 3.
