The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition and urges the Court that the trial is towards the fag end and direction may be given to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2021. 2.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial in the present case considering the custody period of the present petitioner preferably within a period of one year.

Further, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail plea after the material witnesses as mentioned at serial nos. 8 and 9 in the list of witnesses have been examined.
